A virtual career fair is a 3D online platform where we help you connect with senior leaders and recruitment teams from various companies in a virtual setting. The platform will mimic the feel of a physical event, so you can continue your job search safely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

All you need to do is click on the Career Fair button in the list above and it will take you to the virtual job fair. You will be able to visit virtual employer booths and interact with them over chat and other media. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

The HerRising Career Fair in its virtual form has many benefits for you:

• You cannot attend a physical career fair or in-campus job interviews at this time, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. The HerRising Career Fair helps you stay at home and stay safe while still continuing your job search.
• Looking for a job at this time of crisis is daunting, especially when you don't know which companies are hiring. At the HerRising Career Fair, you can see all the companies and their job postings on a single platform.
• A physical job fair is confined to one city, while the HerRising Career Fair is accessible to women across the country. Moreover, you stand a chance to meet employers from various industries with job postings in the city of your choice.

• Enter the Career Fair to meet all the companies recruiting women or click on the banner of the companies to visit their booths directly.
• By clicking on Conference, you will be able to attend the conference, workshops and awards gala
• You can also click on Agenda to view the details for the day, including Speaker details and award category details.
• Network with companies and other women attendees by clicking on Networking to join all the active chat rooms.
• Have questions? Click on the Need Help? button in the Menu Bar to chat with a JobsForHer representative.
• Use the Virtual Briefcase to add any document that you download from the companies’ booths. You can email all of it to yourself later.

Yes, all women are welcome to attend the event to start, restart and rise in your career. You can explore the jobs at various levels offered by companies in the Career Fair.

Yes, the Career Fair is open to all women, irrespective of their location in India, who can access it online. Many large companies will post their job requirements across India. Make sure you specify the city of your choice in your preferences while updating your profile as well.

Yes, many companies in the Career Fair have active openings for women professionals like you. You will be able to network with companies, know more about their job openings, women-friendly policies, etc., at the virtual Career Fair. Don’t miss this opportunity to make your application stand out from the crowd by interacting with HR representatives of top companies.

You can check out the job opportunities for returnees at any of the company booths in the Career Fair.

Yes, however, you might not be able to get an interview slot with a company if you haven’t registered or applied to their jobs before-hand. You can get more information from the representatives at the company booth using the Chat function.

Yes, registered candidates can browse through the Career Fair anytime between 9 am and 6 pm. The Conference timings are 9.30 am-1.30 pm, which will be followed by the Workshops from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, following which will be the Awards ceremony.

The companies might invite you to an interview slot today itself, where you can virtually meet the recruiter in the company chat room at the appointed time.

Make sure you’ve updated your profile completely and uploaded your resume on the Career Fair platform. Then you can apply to jobs at any company booth of your choosing in the Career Fair. Booths are open from 9 am to 6 pm.

You can chat with company representatives at their booth through the chat function. You can also request a slot for a 1-on-1 chat. Once you do that, you’ll get the option to pick an open slot and reserve it.

No. There is no software installation required to attend HerRising.
However, we recommend that you use a desktop and google chrome for a better seamless experience of the virtual event

Companies from anywhere in India can participate in the event virtually. Many of the large companies will be posting their job requirements across India.

No. Participating companies are spread across various industries, like Tech, Banking, Operations, FMCG, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.,in functional areas ranging from HR, Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, as well as full-time, part-time, freelance, work-from-home jobs and returnee programs.

Yes. Like any physical event, the Career Fair offers a Virtual Briefcase for you! You can add documents provided by each company to your online virtual briefcase and then email them to yourself.

You can type in the company’s name in the search bar above to go to their booth directly. Or you can click on the Career Fair button in the list above to go to their booth. There, you can use the Chat function to speak to a representative of the company to confirm your interview slot and more.

You can connect with the company representatives using the chat feature to find out your next interview slot. In the meantime, you can step into the auditorium by clicking the Conference button in the navigation bar to attend a speaker’s session, a workshop or the Awards gala ceremony while you wait.

Click on the Conference button in the navigation bar to see all the sessions planned for the day. You can check the agenda by clicking on Agenda in the navigation bar. You can even download it for your reference.

The HerRising Conference will function as a large-scale webinar with industry leaders giving their insights and career advice. Conference attendees will also get to network with other women professionals in online breakout rooms during breaks.

The Conference will be held from 9 am to 1:30 pm, followed by Workshops from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, and the Awards gala ceremony from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm, so you can always step into any of these sessions by clicking the Conference button in the navigation bar if you’re waiting for your interview slot, or have finished already.

A ‘Join’ button will show up against the different sessions in the agenda, that you can join in. Click on it to attend the conference session. The host/moderator of a particular session will give you instructions if any.

The HerRising Conference will have a Q&A segment for each session. You can type in your questions for the speakers in the chat there.

After the nominations were received, selected nominees went into the voting round. We received nearly 25,000 votes, based on which the nominees with the highest votes in their categories have been selected to receive awards at the HerRising Awards gala.

Click on the Conference tab to join in for the grand Awards gala ceremony, 4:30 pm onwards.

Complete your profile and update your resume before you head over to the Career Fair, Conference, Workshops and Awards. At the Career Fair, you can learn about the jobs at various company booths and apply to them right there. There is no separate registration necessary for each section of HerRising. Once you’re in, you can enjoy all the benefits of the event.

• Click the Career Fair button to visit company booths in the Career Fair from 9 am to 6 pm.
• Click the Conference button to get a seat at the Conference, listen to the speakers and ask your questions.
• You can get access to the Workshops from 2:30 pm at the Conference auditorium.
• Re-enter the Conference auditorium at 4:30 pm to attend the grand Awards gala ceremony.
